All Peachy Pilea Planters and Home Decor are 3D Printed with PLA Filament. PLA is a bioplastic made in the USA. This material is obtained from renewable and natural raw materials such as corn. The starch (glucose) is extracted from the plants and converted with enzymes to make PLA Filament. PLA is not based on fossil raw materials and is food-safe. PLA is more sustainable than typical plastic and can be recycled. It is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions (above 55-70ºC).
The Take Out Box Planters and matching Chopsticks are 3D printed in Eco-Friendly PLA Filament. Each planter has several drainage holes on the bottom to prevent your plants from overwatering with a tray option during checkout.
