What is your processing time before my item is shipped?
Current Processing Time is 2-4 business days (updated 8/13/2022)
Processing time is the time it takes to make your order before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
When can I expect my order?
Our Free Shipping option which ships via USPS First Class Package takes 3-5 business days. If you need your item sooner, you can select a shipping upgrade at checkout!
My tracking number says "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created"?
If USPS does not scan your shipping label when they receive the package, your tracking number may be 'stuck' in pre-shipment or pre-transit. This does not mean your order has not shipped yet! Once the package is in possession of USPS, there is very little I can personally do to ensure a fast delivery.
My package hasn't arrived yet?
If your package hasn't arrived after our 3-5 business day shipping timeframe, please contact me with your order information and I will try my best to locate your package with USPS and figure out what is causing the delay.
What if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?
We apologize if your order arrives damaged or items are missing! Please email support@peachypilea.com with your name and order number within the first 3 days from your delivery date and I will send you a replacement or issue you a refund! All issues not reported within the first 3 days will be subject to review.
What is PLA?
PLA is a bioplastic made in the USA. This material is obtained from renewable and natural raw materials such as corn. The starch (glucose) is extracted from the plants and converted with enzymes to make PLA Filament. PLA is not based on fossil raw materials and is food-safe. PLA is more sustainable than typical plastic. PLA can be recycled and is biodegradable under industrial composting conditions (above 55-70ºC).
